Last year’s top 10 luxury properties in Plymouth County had an average sale price of $332,300 in a range from $313,000 to $475,00. This year’s top 10 have an average sale price of $453,025 with a range from $340,000 to $1,000,000. That’s a 36.33% increase in home sale value in Plymouth County! As you can see 7/10 of the top 10 Luxury Properties were in close proximity to Sioux City reflecting the increase in economic activity occurring there.
And because there were more than the usual 10, I have added an additional 12 properties.

Last year, there were only a total of 14 luxury homes sold for the year. 2015 showed an increase of 57.14% in luxury homes sold. 6/12 of the next group of luxury homes sold were also in close proximity to Sioux City and ranged in price from $300,00 to $335,000.
